I tried so hard this afternoon to stop time, I left work and saw this storm from coming from the south, raced home, raced to the beach, all the while composing the shot in my head before I even reach my location. (I always find thinking about a shot before even arriving or checking it before I shot, makes all the difference in the end result) made it just in time for the last 20 minutes of the magic hour. The horizon is a bit blown out, but im happy to deal with that.

Helensburgh abandoned train station
Myself, Cheuy, Itchy & Simmons caught a quick sunset at Lilli Pilli baths and headed for Helensburgh to the old abandoned train station which was built in 1914. It has being laying dormant for many of years now, overgrown by mother nature and now home to the local the glow worms.

As young as Australia is, its nice to come across some history, it seems to me that alot of it is not preserved these days, hopefully you can experience this through my photographs
